Paypal and major credit cards accepted. :-)
All items currently ship within 6-8 weeks of payment. Our shipping carrier is UPS. We will provide you with a tracking number on the day your order ships. Please inform me if you desire any upgrades, insurance, confirmation, or deadlines. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Thanks!
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is my #1 goal. Please contact me right away if you have any issues with your merchandise. If there are any defects with your merchandise, whatsoever, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days. Otherwise, returns, cancellations, and refunds are generally not accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items that are "made to order" are not refundable or returnable. Custom orders are not refundable or returnable. If a refund or cancellation is accepted then there will be a fee of 35% of the purchase price for time and materials. Please let me know if you have any questions. :-)
Additional Policies and FAQs
Minor variations will occur with wood grain, stain color, finishes, and dimensions of the materials used for all pieces of furniture that are made to order, please allow for small variations since they are inherent with antique and salvaged wood. :-)
